    For troubleshooting and repair requests, the technician inspects the issue and identifies the recommended work.

    Review the written quotation

    We provide a written quotation with parts and labor itemized where applicable. No additional repair or installation work starts until you approve it.

    Repair or installation

    Our qualified technicians complete the approved work and carry out relevant safety checks.

    Testing, handover, and warranty

    We test the completed work, explain what was done, provide the 60-day warranty, and follow up.

A separate site inspection and diagnosis is only needed when the service requires it, such as troubleshooting or repair. Clearly defined services such as aircon cleaning can skip that step; we’ll confirm the service scope and price before scheduling.

Our service hours are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Contact us to confirm availability for your location and requested service.

Pricing varies by service type, unit type or size, and work scope. Applicable additional costs are confirmed before work begins. We don’t currently list emergency or same-day service.
